How to order

Artwork requirements (read before uploading)

• File type: PNG with transparent background (no white boxes).

• Resolution: Minimum 300 DPI at the final print size.

• Line weight: Keep strokes ≥ 1 pt; ultra-thin lines and tiny text may not print cleanly.

• No semi-transparent drop shadows/glows on edges—DTF lays down color + white underbase, so semi-transparent pixels can look fuzzy.

• Edges: Provide clean, anti-aliased edges; remove any background/ghost pixels.

Tip: If your design is 10" wide on the tote, export your PNG at 10" wide, 300 DPI (that’s 3000 px wide).

Care instructions

• Spot clean or gentle cold wash inside-out.

• Hang/lay flat to dry.

• Do not bleach.

• If needed, iron inside-out on low, avoiding the graphic.

Production & shipping

• Made to order. Typical production window: 3–7 business days.

• Ships in protective packaging; tracking on most orders

Important disclaimers (please read)

• Print-as-submitted: We print exactly what you upload. We do not edit via color-correction, or spell-check your design. Low-resolution or non-transparent files will produce lower-quality results and are the customer’s responsibility.

• Color variance: Minor differences can occur between on-screen previews and the printed result due to device settings and material texture.

• Returns: Custom products are final sale. If there’s a manufacturing issue or damage in transit, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos and your order number so we can make it right.
