How to order (3 quick steps)

2. Upload your artwork.

3. Add to cart and checkout—we’ll produce your mug with care.

Artwork requirements (read before uploading)

• File type: PNG with transparent background (for clean edges/no white box).

• Resolution: Minimum 300 DPI at final print size.

• No white ink: In sublimation, white does not print—white areas stay the mug color.

• Avoid semi-transparent glows/shadows on edges; they can look fuzzy.

• Keep text/lines legible: lines ≥ 1 pt; tiny text may not print cleanly.

Typical printable areas (approx., varies by blank):

• 11oz: ~8.6" × 3.7" (recommend export at 300 DPI = 2580 × 1110 px; for full-bleed use ~9.0" × 4.0" = 2700 × 1200 px)

• 15oz: ~9.3" × 4.1" (recommend export at 300 DPI = 2790 × 1230 px; for full-bleed use ~9.6" × 4.3" = 2880 × 1290 px)

Care instructions

• Dishwasher safe (top rack). For longest life, hand-wash recommended.

• Microwave safe.

• Avoid abrasive scrubbers and harsh chemicals.

• Made to order: typically 2–7 business days to produce.

• Ships safely in protective packaging with tracking.

Important disclaimers

• Print-as-submitted: We print exactly what you upload. We do not edit by way of color-correction, or spell-check. Low-resolution or non-transparent files can yield lower-quality results and are the customer’s responsibility.

• Color variance: Minor differences can occur due to monitor settings, ink/gas transfer, and ceramic coating. Neon/metallic effects on screen will not reproduce as neon/metallic in sublimation.

• Wrap seam & placement tolerance: Handle alignment and print height may vary slightly.

• Edge safety: For full-bleed designs, extend backgrounds past the print area; keep critical text/logos at least 0.25" from edges and handle.

• Returns: Custom products are final sale. If there’s a manufacturing issue or transit damage, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos and your order number so we can make it right.

Quick tips for the best result

• Export at the actual print size (e.g., 9" wide art = 2700 px wide at 300 DPI).

• Remove all stray/ghost pixels around transparent edges.

• For left/right-hand prints, specify which side should face outward when held.
