Artwork Requirements (Read Before Uploading)

• File type: PNG with transparent background (no white boxes).

• Resolution: Minimum 300 DPI at final print size (e.g., a 10" wide print = 3000 px wide).

• Edges: Clean, anti-aliased edges; remove stray/ghost pixels.

• Text & lines: Avoid ultra-thin details (keep lines ≥ 1 pt).

• Effects: Skip semi-transparent glows/shadows around edges—can appear fuzzy with DTF’s white underbase.

Care Instructions

• Wash inside-out, cold, gentle cycle.

• Hang dry (best) or tumble dry low.

• Do not bleach or dry clean.

• If needed, iron inside-out on low—do not iron directly on the graphic.

• Avoid fabric softeners and high heat to maximize print life

Important Disclaimers

• Print-as-submitted: We print exactly what you upload. We don’t edit by retouch, or spell-check. Low-resolution or non-transparent files will yield lower quality results and are the customer’s responsibility.

• Color variance: Minor differences may occur due to screen settings, garment dye lots, and the nature of DTF on fleece. Very dark garments may slightly affect perceived vibrancy despite a white underbase.

• Texture note: Fleece texture and seams/ribbing can create subtle variations across the print surface—this is normal.

• Returns: Custom products are final sale. If there’s a manufacturing defect or transit damage, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos and your order number so we can make it right.
